Rich Parsons is a service-disabled US Air Force veteran with more than 32 years of operational and leadership experience in and out of the civil engineering community. He is a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team and has served as a speaker, trainer, and coach at the executive level. His experience comes to bear authentically and positively with the ability to connect and collaborate at the highest level.
Rich is an international bestselling author with his anthology titled Your Deck of Success. As a true entrepreneur, he took his experience in the publishing process of that book to lean forward and get certified in the field of book publishing and launched Your Success Books. The Your Success brand now includes not only book publishing but the continuance of his ever-growing magazine, Your Success Magazine.
